At Creave Salon, the safety and well-being of our clients and staff is our top priority. In order to maintain a safe and professional environment, we reserve the right to respectfully decline service to clients under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Clients who are experiencing or have recently experienced symptoms of illness (e.g., fever, cough, sore throat, flu-like symptoms, contagious skin or scalp conditions).

• Clients with open wounds, severe scalp irritation, or infections.

• Clients who are pregnant, nursing, or have medical conditions where certain services, chemicals, or treatments may pose a risk. Please consult with a medical professional before booking.

• Clients under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

• Clients exhibiting inappropriate, aggressive, or disruptive behavior.

• Clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late for their appointment without notice.

If you are unsure whether a condition or circumstance may affect your ability to safely receive services, please contact us in advance. Your health matters to us, and we are happy to work with you to find the safest and most comfortable options available.
